I am doing the final edit on our site design before going live.  There are a few minor details I'd like to change and can't figure out how.  Please share if you have tips. How do we hide the SKU number field from the customer receipt?   It is hidden on the checkout page, but we also need to hide it on the receipt page.  Thanks for your help.
