Scheduled Exports: Will now log stack traces in the scheduled export log when an exception occurs during a scheduled export. These will only be in the database table and are not shown on the UI. Will now keep logs of the start and end times for scheduled exports and the associated upload task for that export. Logs will hold up to 2 weeks' worth of data per scheduled export.

Scheduled exports will now recalculate “next run time” based on the run time specified when setting up the export.
Also addressed various issues in the calculation, including an issue that caused the “next run time”
to sometimes end up in the past (it was looking at the previous run time instead of the current time).
