I'm not aware of any settings that directly allow for One Page Checkout layout changes, however you might try using custom CSS to modify alignments.
While I haven't personally tried this, it seems you should be able to override the div id styling.

Yes, you can easily do this by overriding the CSS in ''Themes > Active Store > CSS Settings''

Has anyone else had trouble with the drop down menus. If I put it close enough in firefox not to disappear before you can select an option, then it is covering the main menu in internet explorer.

Has there been any progress on this? The few templates that are available are somewhat dated. It would be nice to have some templates that are current, with some richer features. Thanks,
