Reordering will no longer add discount items (items added due to discounts) on the original order to the cart. The “Add Item to Cart” discount methods will still execute and add items if applicable after the fact, so it should now work as intended.

Improved cart performance for sites that have a large number of active discount methods.

Removed a restriction that caused gift certificate eProducts to not be considered for any discount rules.

When checking to see if a discount method has already been used by the customer, we will now always assume it has not been used yet if a customer is not logged in or the customer ID is not valid (customer ID <= 0). When a valid customer ID is specified it will behave normally.

Fixed an issue that was causing category in cart discount rules to not match.

Selecting the “regex” operator type will no longer flip back to “greater than” for new discount rules.
