Working with a template in Dreamweaver

Ive searched the knowledgebase and forum, and the printable documentation and can not find instruction for downloading or implementing a template of my choice.  In the documentation it states:

    Highly Customizable Design

AmeriCommerce offers highly customizable design by giving you the ability to build your web site in your HTML Editor of Choice, such as Microsoft Expression Web, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, or FrontPage. Define your own templates, then take advantage of the point-and-click, WYSIWYG abilities of the Theme Manager. You truly have as much power as you wish to wield.

I know the layout I want, can you please point me to instructions for uploading to Ammericommerce and designating my design as my index page?

1/ Under 'themes' in admin, select he applicable theme to edit or select 'get more themes' to start from scratch.

2/ Once you are in the theme editor, select "Home page" from the left column.

3/ This is where you can add as many 'custom HTML' snap-ins as you wish. They will make up the body of your index page. (edit the 'header' and 'footer' sections separately in the theme editor)

4/ You can cut the code out of dreamweaver and paste it into the custom HTML area of the snap in.

You need to make sure you have uploaded your graphics - see ftp section - and make sure your links correctly match the location of your images etc.

    Cheers
