I think you can solve this by simply reassigning those customers to your main store. You can do this via the export/import to make it quick. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item><item><title>Customer login/microstores issues</title><link>http://myamericommerce.com/forums/thread/5252.aspx</link><pubDate>Tue, 31 Jan 2012 15:31:33 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">167ca4e3-4e6d-4899-925b-229bd6164e63:5252</guid><dc:creator>garrett7m</dc:creator><slash:comments>0</slash:comments><comments>http://myamericommerce.com/forums/thread/5252.aspx</comments><wfw:commentRss>http://myamericommerce.com/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=9&amp;PostID=5252</wfw:commentRss><description>&lt;p&gt;Has anyone else had any issues with customer login after removing a microstore?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I had a wholesale microstore that I was using for my customers to view and purchase products at wholesale pricing.&amp;nbsp; It was causing issues (user error) with the customers having to log in twice (microstore and customer type).&amp;nbsp; I deleted the microstore and assigned the pricing to the wholesale customers using advanced pricing options.&amp;nbsp; Since the removal of the microstore, a percentage of my customers have been receiving the "password incorrect" message when they attempt to log in&amp;nbsp; and when they request their password (via the link on the site), they are told they are not found.&amp;nbsp; I can see them as users in the customer database, but they still cannot log in.&amp;nbsp; I have had to remove and re-add the customers (losing all of their order history in the process), and that, usually, works.&amp;nbsp; I have had one order placed through the site that actually listed the store: [storename deleted] on the order.&amp;nbsp; I have two support tickets open (one since November) with no results.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If anyone has this issue or something like it, please let me know.&amp;nbsp; I am losing customers due to the constant frustration and can't imagine this can continue. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
