    Documentation

    Altho we have been using the system for a good year now, I still see the main weakness of AC is their documention - the onscreen help as well at the Knowledgebase  and Documention here in the myAmericommerce site.  As things change and get added there doesn't seem to be able documention on the site to show new changes or how it effects other features.  Thanks.

    Peg,

    Thanks for the feedback.  We are bringing on a new person who is quite experienced with using AC for the last few years and one of her main tasks will be streamlining and updating the documentation as well as developing training videos, so we are working to improve in these areas over the next few weeks.

    Yes, we agree and are aware at this limitation, this is a very fast moving platform and we hear your message and already have a plan in place.  I believe it's a sign of a good company to hear our customers out and respond accordingly, most other companies would edit your post, but we are committing ourselves to making this change and moving forward.  This problem will be a thing of the past very shortly.  We believe in our fast moving platform and always adding features almost daily, but yes the docs have to coincide.  We appreciate you and your feedback.
