    Hi,

    I'm trying to upload the spreadsheet (.csv file) AmeriCommerce supplied me. There is a problem when I validate it as it comes up with this error:

    ERROR ROW: 1
    Indetifier: ( )

    ERROR ROW: 1

    : Msg: Item Name cannot be blank
    : Msg: Primary Category cannot be blank
     
    It keeps on doing that for 217 rows, I only have 23 in Excel.
     
    I have filled both of those in so I don't understand? In the csv. file I have Item Name = ItemName and Primary Category = CategoryList
     
    Something I am doing wrong?

    One possible solution is to make sure you have no hide columns/rows. Secondly, select all columns that 'appear' to be blank to the right of your data and then delete them... repeat the same process for all rows that 'appear' to be blank under row 23. Sometimes these rows/columns contain info that is not visible and is only detected by the import validation process.
