Restrict Custom Payment

Is it possible to restrict payment options available to some customers? We have a number of larger customers that we allow to purchase items net 30, but we do not want to make this option available to all users. Is it possible to flag specific user accounts/logins to allow PO/net 30?

This can be accomplished by adding some javascript to the onepagecheckout.aspx page. If you are interested in having it implemented, please contact me using the info in my signature.
