I dont use the AC review system (we built our own...months before theirs came out). What we do is put an achor tag right above where the reviews are, so in the link in their email to take them to the reviews, it references the #reviews at the end of the url to take them directly to the review part of the item. It cant take them directly into where they leave the review, but we make it so they are looking directly at it and are only 1 click away. I hope this helps!
