Welcome to the myAmeriCommerce Help Community.  This is a new area of the AmeriCommerce system that will provide a portal for your ecommerce questions and issues.

At AmeriCommerce we believe that the only way to grow our product is to listen and interact with our customers, so we have created the myAmeriCommerce Help Portal to help all of us interact, suggest improvements, respond to issues and more.

• KnowledgeBase: A question and answer area encompassing how to's, walk throughs, explanations of settings and more.
• User Forums: A reward driven user and support community of questions answered both by your peers and AmerCommerce support personnel. Participation incentives include gifts, free service and other rewards.
• Help Desk Ticketing: When all else fails, contacting support may be the only route to take and to ensure that your issue is tracked from start to end we have employed a ticketing system.

In Application Help, Training Videos, Screen Reference Documentation and Revision History of Changes all complement the above key systems as well.
