HOTFIX (v76, 5.0) - Corrected the behavior of the “Browse By Category” snap-in when Active Catalog is in use. When Active Catalog was disabled, a category that did not have subcategories continued to display the parent's subcategories; when Active Catalog was enabled, the root categories were displayed instead.
