Subscribable list of features and changes to the AmeriCommerce multiple storefront shopping cart system

FEATURE: Theme setting added to hide manufacturer information on the invoice page.
FEATURE: Added the ability for users to select which columns to show on the Customer List (11 columns)
FEATURE: Added the ability for users to select which columns to show on the Order List (35 columns)
FEATURE: New snapin: "BrowseByDropDown." Customers can chose to bind the dropdown to active Categories, Manufacturers, or Products for a page.
HOTFIX: Fixed join that could cause data to be excluded in affiliate analysis report
HOTFIX: Abandoned cart emails will no longer to try to send for carts with a null store ID
HOTFIX: Most currency values in the cart are now rounded to two decimal places before being used for calculations to prevent slight errors in the expected values
HOTFIX: Fixed an issue that caused PayPal Express Checkout to not appear when the payment gateway was set to "All" stores.
HOTFIX: Corrected an issue where sometimes the PayPal payment notifications would not go through because the amount did not match (rounding issue).
HOTFIX: Removed the ‘$’ that was making its way into the price in Express Checkout.
