Subscribable list of features and changes to the AmeriCommerce multiple storefront shopping cart system
- FEATURE: Added "Active Credit Card Types" to Payment Gateway page

- DEFECT #212 - The Order's ship date should be updated prior to the email template being sent now. I also reworked the method to be transactional.
- MAINTENANCE: PayPal Express Checkout: Address fields will no longer be editable when using Shortcut Flow after returning from PayPal's site.
- MAINTENANCE: If RequireLogin is True, then redirect to root during login. This is for when a login is required to view site and thus redirecting to cart page is not appropriate. Done to Login and Login2.
- MAINTENANCE: Added Price Calculations to the product import and export under advanced pricing
- MAINTENANCE: Corrects an issue with productgroup child products' flags not being reset properly when removed from collection

- MAINTENANCE: Allow custom shipping methods to use the same name for purpose of checking out. Still issues with use of name at product and possibly store level.
